La stanza era molto carina. Il resort ha una vibe messicana, meno turistica di altre strutture. La zona piscina ben tenuta. La spiaggia non molto grande ma pulita, soprattutto considerando che siamo nella stagione delle alghe, pressoché inesistenti. Menzione speciale per il ristorante francese, molto buono

La struttura é isolata rispetto alle zone turistiche e quindi é necessario prendere un taxi (non economico) per andare da qualsiasi parte. Lo staff gentile ma non disponibile, a volte poco preparato. Il giorno del check out la reception ci ha chiesto se volevamo usufruire dell'aiuto del bell boy per il trasporto bagagli dalla nostra stanza. Al momento del servizio, il ragazzo non ci ha aiutato e quindi abbiamo trascinato i bagagli per conto nostro. Abbiamo fatto un'escursione tramite il resort che per il rapporto qualità prezzo non é stata soddisfacente.

Excelente, vale muito a pena!

Instalações excelentes, todas as comidas no buffet estavam muito gostosas e variadas. As atividades com os animadores na piscina foram muito divertidas e os meninos do time de animação muito atenciosos. Os eventos a noite de Broadway, Rock e Mexicano foram ótimos e a noite de Karaoke foi sensacional. Tendo reservado a traves de Booking, ganhamos uma garrafa de vinho no quarto e a opção de reservar nos restaurantes a traves do aplicativo.

A comida no jantar no Restaurante Blue Moon não foi muito boa. As bebidas são muito doces e com pouca bebida alcoólica. O evento a noite de Michael Jackson achei muito fraco.

Pontos Fortes: Quarto amplo com vista para o mar, Wi-Fi atendeu as necessidades, Limpeza adequada, custo/benefício dentro das expectativas, Bons shows após o jantar, bom café na cafeteria

Espaço para melhorias: Qualidade das refeições , qualidade das bebidas servidas na piscina, aumentar o número de cadeiras ao redor da piscina, quantidade de sargaço (algas) na praia impossibilitando o banho de mar nesta época do ano (não é culpa do hotel)

Bom quarto, otima cama, bom cafe da manha e otima massagem no spa

Muito desgastante chegar de viagem cansada e ficar 1 hora ouvindo o funcionário do hotel tentando te levar pra um cafe da manha pra vender coisas! Acabou com o meu primeiro dia! Agua do chuveiro com pouca pressão e as vezes simplesmente parava voltando só depois de uns 30 segundos! Comida ruim no restaurante italiano

„Schöne kleine Hotelanlage mit vielen netten Tieren

Sehr schöne, kleine Hotelanlage nahe Playa del Carmen. Wir hatten nie das Gefühl, dass es ausgebucht war, die Liegen am Pool werden zwar mit Handtüchern morgens reserviert, aber man hat immer einen Platz gefunden. Das Essen in den Themenrestaurants wird überwiegend als Menüauswahl serviert und alles hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Cocktails waren in allen Bars hervorragend gemixt und man hat auch mal einen Wunschcocktail bekommen, der nicht auf der Karte stand. Mein Highlight waren die vielen Tiere, vor allem die Nasenbären, die überall in der Anlage herumlaufen. Das war immer eine Freude, wenn die Nasenbärenbande mit vielen Jungtieren zu sehen war. Mein Mann wurde vom Zimmerservice zum Geburtstag mit einem kleinen Kuchen überrascht, was wir sehr aufmerksam fanden.

Leider hatten wir häufig Regen und dann waren viele der Wege zu den Zimmern heftig überflutet. Man kam teilweise nicht mehr trockenen Fusses von A nach B. Vom Hauptgebäude aus konnte man sich dann mit den kleinen Minibussen durch die Anlage fahren lassen, diese konnten auch von den Restaurants aus angefordert werden. Der Weg zur Hauptstraße ist sehr weit und hier wird der Minibus Service nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Das macht es schwer, mit den günstigen Öffentlichen Bussen in die nahegelegene Stadt zu fahren. Das Hotel ruft einem gerne ein Taxi, aber die Preise sind unverschämt, 50 Dollar für eine einfache 9 KM Fahrt. Uber ist in Playa del Carmen anders als in Cancun nicht verfügbar. Das Hotel kassiert beim Einchecken eine Strandreinigungssteuer, ca. 40 Dollar, Beleg gibt es dafür keinen.

„Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub u. werden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Entfernung vom Flughafen war mit dem Taxi ca. 30 Minuten,und wer sich aufregt daß es in der Nähe des Hotels keine Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten gibt, der soll sich etwas intensiver mit der Beschreibung befassen. Uns war dies bewußt, kann man doch auch schnell mit einem Taxi in Playa del Carmen sein. Wir hatten den Privilege Service gebucht und waren damit sehr glücklich.Vor allem unser Butler DAVID hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Auch der Umzug in eine höhere Etage hat geklappt. Wenn etwas defekt war, wurde es schnellstens repariert, der Kontakt über What's App war perfekt. Sein Kollege Juan, der ihn manchmal vertreten hat, war auch sehr zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer im Royal Building war sehr geräumig,auch das Bad war groß genug.Man könnte an der Duschkabine einen Schutz für auslaufendes Wasser anbringen,das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Alles war sauber und wenn mal etwas gefehlt hat,konnten wir über David alles regeln. Das Essen in allen !!! Restaurants war hervorragend und vor allem im Privilege/Steak House hat es uns am Besten gefallen, es war dort eine angenehme Atmosphäre, ruhig und entspannt, ein super Service (der Name unseres Kellners fällt mir im Moment nicht ein) .Auch der Service an den Bars war meistens sehr gut. In der Lobby erinnern wir uns besonders gerne an ANA. Sie war sehr aufmerksam und hatte alles im Blick. Wir waren am Strand im eigenen Privilege Bereich, ebenfalls mit Getränkeservice. Man hat immer Wasser bekommen und auch Drinks wurden serviert. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Meer war oft sehr aufgewühlt und es wurde immer wieder etwas Seegras angespült (aber minimal). Der Strand ist für Spaziergänge gut geeignet in beide Richtungen. Wir haben die Animation nicht genutzt. Je nach Wind hat man die extrem laute Musik vom Entertainment auch am ruhigeren Pool (liegt daneben) und sogar am Strand gehört, war nicht immer angenehm. Allerdings hatten auch am Strand Gäste Ihre eigene Musik dabei (die nicht jedermanns Geschmack war).

Zum Strand: Während unseres Aufenthalts ab der 2. Woche wurde dort viel gearbeitet (Abwasser - Kläranlage, schlechter Geruch), Maschinen/Fahrzeuge/der Steg wurde repariert (zumindest teilweise), da hatten wir wenig Ruhe. Die Dächer der Restaurants am Strand wurden neu gedeckt, aber irgendwann muß halt erneuert werden. Außerdem stellten wir fest,daß nicht nur die Deutschen die Liegen frühzeitig reservieren, diese wurden täglich auch von anderen Nationalitäten (vor allem Amerikaner/Kanadier/Engländer usw) reserviert bzw. von den Strandboys freigehalten. Etliche Gäste haben zusätzlich auch am Pool reserviert. Die Hinweisschilder wurden generell ignoriert. Es haben sich immer mehr Menschen zum Rauchen am Privilege Strand getroffen, obwohl auf dem ganzen Gelände dafür doch die Mayan Lodge zur Verfügung steht?

Sehr schöne Anlage an traumhaften Strand. Leckeres Essen und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal.

Im Zimmer gibt es Kaffeemaschinen, nur leider keine Kapseln dazu. Die sind auch am Gelände nicht erhältlich. Die Animation ist teilweise zu laut.

„Fantastisch, gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage am Strand, sehr gutes All-Inclusive-Angebot mit guten Restaurants, toller Kaffeebar und sehr bemühtes, freundliches Personal

Etwas laute Musik am „Activity-Pool“, dieser hat auch eine Bar, an welchem man im Wasser bestellen kann. Die Musik beschallt leider zuweilen den gesamten Strandabschnitt. Manchen gefällt es sicherlich auch, ist jedenfalls keine absolute Ruhe. Jedoch sehr gute Stimmung dort, und außerdem gibt es auch einen ruhigeren Pool ohne Musik.
